Changes and Returns
All our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment. After 14 days, we are no longer responsible for refunds or exchanges. Contact our customer service immediately if you receive the wrong product or one that is damaged.

Your item must be clean, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it to qualify for a return. The items must also be sent back in their original packaging. If the returned product has hair, pet hair, or stains, it will not be accepted.

Refunds (when applicable)
After the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds may take some time to process, but no longer than 30 days after we receive your return. Refunds are handled automatically based on the payment method used to place the order.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have yet to receive a refund after a reasonable amount of time, check your email and credit card or PayPal balance, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

If the Item You Want to Exchange is Out of Stock
If restocking is expected for the item, we will notify you via email. If the item in question is not available, we will issue a refund for the amount you paid.

Lost or Missing Return Packages
If you’re returning an item of significant value, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Delivery Time for Exchanged Items
Depending on where the exchanged item is being sent, it may take some time for it to arrive. Please note that packages that are refused or undeliverable and are returned to us are not considered customer returns.
