All our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment. After 14 days, we are no longer responsible for refunds or exchanges. Contact our customer service immediately if you receive the wrong product or one that is damaged.

Your item must be clean, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it to qualify for a return. The items must also be sent back in their original packaging. If the returned product has hair, pet hair, or stains, it will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return shipment and inspect the item(s), we’ll send you an email to update you on the status of your return.

Refunds (when applicable)
After the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Refunds may take some time to process, but no longer than 30 days after we receive your return. Refunds are handled automatically based on the payment method used when the order was placed.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, first check your email, credit card, or PayPal balance, and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

If the Item You Want to Exchange is Out of Stock
If the item is expected to be restocked, we will notify you via email. If the item in question is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the amount you paid.

Lost or Missing Return Packages
If you’re returning a valuable item, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Delivery Time for Exchanged Items
Depending on the destination of the exchanged item, delivery times may vary.

Please note that packages that are refused or undeliverable and returned to us are not considered customer returns.
