Babymetalshop.jp is a marketplace run by Babymetalshop.jp (later “we,” “us”). These Terms govern all business transactions between Babymetalshop.jp and its customers. The Service Provider sets the terms for any third-party services used by Babymetalshop.jp. We may change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions on the babymetalshop.jp website apply to all orders placed on the site.
Babymetalshop.jp is not responsible for any events that occur due to circumstances beyond our control. A Force Majeure Event is an unplanned event or change in circumstances that we cannot influence.

After the order has been sent, the customer will receive an email inviting them to review or rate the item(s) purchased. Providing a review is optional. No personal information will be included in any review posted on the babymetalshop.jp website.

Pricing
The prices shown for items include VAT unless otherwise stated, but delivery fees are not included. In the Shopping Cart and Checkout, the Delivery Fee is shown as VAT 0% Subtotal, but VAT (if applicable) is added correctly to the order in the Checkout Grand Total.
If there is an obvious pricing error, the product will not be sold at the incorrect, unusually low price, as the customer is likely to have noticed the error.
Release and restock dates are estimated based on the information provided by distributors and manufacturers. Babymetalshop.jp or its suppliers are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen weather conditions.
Babymetalshop.jp retains all rights to sell products to retailers.
Shipping and Delivery
Babymetalshop.jp offers various shipping methods for both domestic and international orders. Please refer to our shipping information for details.
The Shopping Cart automatically calculates and applies any available shipping and delivery discounts.
In the Shopping Cart and Checkout, the Delivery Fee is shown as VAT 0% Subtotal, but VAT (if applicable) is added correctly to the order in the Checkout Grand Total.
Orders containing items on preorder or restock will be shipped once the entire order can be fulfilled.
On business days, fulfilled orders are usually processed within 24 hours, with processing no later than seven business days. A “Fulfilled Order” means that all items are in stock and payment has been accepted.
Babymetalshop.jp is not required to hold items on the same order if one or more items are on presale, need restocking, or if there is a delay in restocking beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
All our items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the shipment. After 14 days, we are no longer responsible for refunds or exchanges.

Complaints and Claims
When returning goods or filing a claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or other documentation showing when and where the goods were purchased. Babymetalshop.jp reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred in retrieving a receipt.
