General questions and queries.

When you successfully place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. After a successful payment, the payment service will send a separate payment confirmation. Please also check your spam or junk folder in case the confirmation email lands there. If you made a typo in your email address, feel free to contact our customer service at [email protected].

Only postal packages (Standard Post & Global Mail) can be sent to P.O. boxes. DHL and GLS do not accept P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, or PaketPoints. Please note, forwarding services cannot be used as delivery addresses for any shipping method.

You don’t need to create an account to make a purchase. However, by signing up, you can view your order history and check order status easily by logging in. Registered users also enjoy faster checkout since shipping information can be saved. You can sign up for an account here.

The shipping address can be updated as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. We process orders within 1-2 business days, so if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. Please note, if sent to the wrong address, timely delivery may be impacted.

Once an order has been placed, no additional items can be added. Please ensure everything in your cart is correct before proceeding to checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot split an order into multiple shipments. All items are shipped together in one package.

You will receive email updates, and once your order ships, an automatic shipping confirmation will be sent. You can check the status via the “View your order” link in your email or by logging into your account. A tracking number will be provided once your shipment is packed.

Payments

We accept credit card payments and PayPal for international orders.

All orders paid by credit card or PayPal are charged when you return to the store from the Payment Gateway.

For shipments outside the EU, items are sold tax-free, but import taxes or duties may apply in the destination country. Delivery estimates and costs do not account for potential customs delays or fees. Please contact your local customs office or Carrier for more information.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed the next business day after being received. If all items are in stock, they will be shipped within seven business days. Product pages show availability or pre-order status. For pre-ordered items, the estimated restock or release date is listed, and orders with pre-order items ship once everything is available.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the size and weight of your order and destination country. Add the desired items to your cart, click “Checkout,” and select your country to see the shipping cost. Learn more about our international shipping policies.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive the package. Items must be clean, unworn, and free of stains or pet hair. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we cover the cost of shipping the new item. Learn more about Exchanges and Returns.

The item for exchange must be of equal or lesser value than the returned item. Be sure to indicate the size and include your order number on the return form, if applicable.

We strive to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us at [email protected] for instructions.

Products

Information on sizing, availability, and product care.

Each product description includes brand, manufacturer, and size charts. Sizes may vary between brands, so refer to the measurements provided. If more information is needed, contact customer service at [email protected].

Most fabrics, like t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, etc., are pre-shrunk, so they should maintain their size and shape after washing. We recommend washing items inside out at 40°C to preserve the prints.

If an item is out of stock, you can request to be notified by email by clicking “Notify me when available” on the product page. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected], and we’ll check on the restock status.

All items undergo quality checks at our warehouse to ensure they meet our standards. We only ship products that are intact and clean. We work with trusted companies for printing, embroidery, and branding.

You can enter your discount code or gift certificate during checkout before completing payment. Please ensure the discount is applied before finalizing your order, as codes cannot be used afterward. Only one code or promotion may be applied per order.

First, track your package using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or on the order status page. If your package is waiting at a collection point, please pick it up promptly. If more information is needed, you can contact the Carrier with your shipment number.

If your package is returned to us due to being undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, it is not eligible for a full refund, and return shipping costs are not covered. Returned orders cannot be reshipped; you’ll need to place a new order with the correct information.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer signed products. However, we occasionally have signed items available for raffles, contests, or pre-sale.
